ALAS Emirates Ready Mix, a leading ready-mix concrete supplier in the UAE, has entered an agreement with Dubai Industrial City, part of TECOM Group, to develop a new facility in its manufacturing and logistics hub.
Spanning over 160,000 sq.ft., the new ALAS Emirates Ready Mix facility represents a key milestone in the company’s regional growth strategy and reinforces its commitment to supporting the UAE’s dynamic construction sector.
Located in Dubai Industrial City, the development will significantly expand ALAS’s operational footprint, enabling faster and more efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete to projects across the UAE.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by prominent industry leaders, including Saud Abu Alshawareb, Executive Vice President of Industrial at TECOM Group, representing Dubai Industrial City, Saif Mubarak Fadel Al Mazrouei, Chairman of Bin Fadel Holding, Petr Celis, CEO of ALAS Construction Materials Division, along with senior executives from leading construction companies in the region.
The facility will house modern administrative offices and operational areas, alongside advanced batching plants engineered for lower energy consumption and enhanced productivity.
Once completed in the third quarter of 2026, operations are expected to commence immediately, with the facility capable of producing up to 400 cubic meters of ready-mix concrete per hour, enough to supply multiple large-scale projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.
