Aldar has launched ‘The Wilds Residences’, comprising six mid-rise apartment buildings nestled within The Wilds, the company’s landmark nature-driven community in Dubai, blending contemporary architecture with serene green landscapes.
Part of Aldar’s joint venture with Dubai Holding, The Wilds Residences blends thoughtfully designed homes with tranquil landscapes, enriching The Wilds masterplan and immersing families in nature and wildlife.
The launch follows the sellout of first-phase villas, which generated $1.36 billion (AED 5 billion) in sales, highlighting strong demand for wellness-led communities.
The project features 740 one- to three-bedroom apartments and two- to three-bedroom duplexes. Contemporary architecture inspired by natural forms is paired with expansive open spaces, native and fruit-bearing trees, and integrated wildlife habitats that enhance biodiversity while ensuring privacy and comfort.
Centred around a meandering podium-level path, the development offers landscaped gardens, nature-inspired play areas, shaded trails, and themed discovery nodes that promote outdoor activity and social interaction. The podium also includes retail outlets, a nursery, a clinic, and covered parking.
Amenities at The Wilds Residences include an outdoor swimming pool, splash pads, fitness and yoga zones, a residents-only gym, family lounges, hobby studios, libraries, and dedicated indoor areas for children and teenagers.
