The Social Insurance Organization (SIO), in coordination with the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) and the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) of the Kingdom of Bahrain, is set to organize a unified eServices platform to enhance public access to digital government services and strengthen cybersecurity awareness.

The unified eServices platform will be held at Souq Al Baraha – Gate 1, between 9:00 PM and 12:30 AM, offering guidance, live presentations and direct on-site support to visitors. The initiative will provide attendees with practical assistance, detailed explanations of available digital services and personalized support to help them complete transactions efficiently and securely.

The platform features live presentations and interactive demonstrations on the electronic key service (eKey 2.0), alongside dedicated awareness screens and comprehensive guidance materials designed to simplify access to digital services.

Visitors will receive step-by-step explanations of procedures related to the unified comprehensive eServices, ensuring they understand how to efficiently complete transactions online and make full use of available digital solutions.

The unified eServices initiative aims to enhance public awareness of the wide range of services provided and how beneficiaries can seamlessly access them, while also highlighting best practices for protecting digital accounts and personal data.

The platform further provides direct, practical guidance on recognizing and mitigating cyber risks, promoting safe online behavior and strengthening a culture of digital security across the community.

The unified eServices platform targets all segments of society, including business owners seeking streamlined service solutions, employees in both the public and private sectors, pensioners and their eligible family members who require access to social insurance services, as well as young people preparing to enter the labor market and familiarize themselves with essential digital government platforms.
