Dubai government has announced a partial decrease in the constraints on movement in the emirate, starting from today, Friday 24 April.

The move, which corresponds with the start of Ramadan, will allow people to move freely in the emirate for the first time since April 4 and see the reopening of malls, cafes, and restaurants under certain restrictions.

The severe restraints on public movement will now be limited to between 10 PM and 6 AM. During the restricted period, the public will not be allowed to leave their homes unless for medical emergencies.
