Dubai Women Establishment, in partnership with Ashridge Hult International Business School, has launched the ‘SheLeads’ program, designed to cultivate future female leaders.
Launched under the directives of Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Women Establishment, and wife of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, the program is scheduled to take place from 23 to 27 June 2025.
The five-day program will be hosted at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah in Dubai, gathering 25 mid-level female leaders from 13 entities across the public and private sectors.
The initiative, thoughtfully crafted for mid-career professionals, aims to prepare participants for future leadership roles by providing them with the essential skills and strategic insight needed to support the UAE’s national development and decision-making landscape.
The program highlights Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed’s key role in advancing the leadership potential of Emirati women while reaffirming the region’s dedication to empowering women across various sectors.
The SheLeads Program also reflects Dubai Women Establishment’s commitment to providing high-quality training opportunities that foster a strong pipeline of female leaders.
The program will feature dynamic sessions and discussions focusing on key leadership themes including the importance of identifying and amplifying personal strengths and influence, building high-performing teams, strategic thinking for professional excellence and leadership.
