The Emirates Group has renewed its ‘Rolls-Royce Leadership Program’ for another 5 years, as part of its commitment to empowering the UAE national leadership skills.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) marking the renewal was signed by Adel Al Redha, Deputy President and Chief Operating Officer at Emirates Airline and Ewen McDonald, Chief Customer Officer at Rolls-Royce. The signing ceremony was also attended by senior executives from both organizations.
The renewed agreement will ensure five additional cohorts benefit from the airline’s bespoke training module for UAE Nationals, empowering them to advance in their careers.
To date, 175 graduates across 11 cohorts have successfully completed the program. Many of the graduates have secured senior leadership roles in different parts of the business across the Emirates Group.
The Rolls-Royce Leadership Program is the Emirates Group’s flagship leadership development initiative. It aims to provide UAE National workforce with essential skills to drive business success and prepare them for future leadership roles.
The renewed program will include an enhanced curriculum, covering Financial Management and Commercial Acumen; Sustainability; Emerging Technologies and The Future of Work and Strategy, Personal Impact, and Innovation.
The Emirates Group has recently held the program’s inaugural alumni event, which gathered graduates from every cohort for a day of collaboration, networking, and engaging session.
