Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (Empower), the world’s largest district cooling services provider, has secured three prestigious awards at the International District Energy Association (IDEA 2025) Conference and Exhibition held in Minneapolis, USA.
This marks the company’s 11th achievement, following previous achievements in 2005, 2007, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. Since its launch, Empower has garnered more than 20 awards across various categories, in addition to receiving awards at different international conferences.
At IDEA 2025, Empower was honored with two gold awards in the categories ‘Total Number of Buildings Committed’ & ‘Total Building Area Committed’ for district cooling services outside North America. Additionally, Empower earned the esteemed ‘Innovation Award Honorable Mention for District Cooling Plant Optimization Using Machine Learning’.
