ENOC strikes MoU with SNOC to develop LPG industry

Emirates Gas, a wholly owned subsidiary of ENOC Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC) to identify and develop new business opportunities within the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) industry.

This landmark ENOC-SNOC collaboration was formally announced during a signing ceremony at the 27th Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The partnership underscores the shared vision of the two organisations to drive sustainability and innovation in the LPG sector and enhance its market reach across diverse customer segments in the UAE.

The agreement marks a significant step forward in Emirates Gas’ expansion strategy and builds on ENOC Group’s commitment to deliver reliable and accessible energy solutions across various sectors.

The MOU was signed in the presence of Hussain Sultan Lootah, Acting Group CEO of ENOC Group, and H.E. Khamis Al Mazrouei, CEO of SNOC.

The agreement establishes a framework for both organisations to work collaboratively and leverage their combined strengths to innovate, expand, and solidify their position in the evolving energy landscape of the UAE.
