Nordic battery intelligence firm EPTTAS has entered a strategic partnership with Dubai-based premium mobility provider CTRL Limo to implement advanced Battery Safety Intelligence (BSI) across the operator’s electric fleet.

The collaboration aims to introduce predictive battery monitoring and risk analysis to enhance operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and proactive safety management as Dubai accelerates its electric mobility infrastructure.

Implementation is set to begin in the first quarter of 2026, initially focusing on active electric fleet operations within the city, with phased integration across CTRL Limo’s full range of vehicles and operational hubs.

Dubai has become a global benchmark for smart governance, digital infrastructure, and sustainable urban development. As fleet electrification accelerates, robust safety oversight is increasingly critical, particularly in high-density areas where electric vehicles are stored and charged indoors.

By deploying EPTTAS’ Battery Safety Intelligence platform, CTRL Limo aims to:

  • Monitor battery behavior in real time
  • Detect early thermal irregularities before ignition risk
  • Enable preventive safety interventions
  • Strengthen fleet-wide situational awareness
  • Support governance and compliance documentation
  • Protect passengers, assets, and infrastructure

The partnership introduces a predictive intelligence layer that complements existing manufacturer safety systems, providing independent, fleet-level oversight to enhance operational governance as electrification scales.

Battery Safety Intelligence provides a decision-support framework, turning live battery data into structured risk assessments and escalation protocols. With predictive oversight, fleet electrification becomes safer and more resilient, establishing a foundational layer as electric fleets expand across the GCC. CTRL Limo’s growing electric fleet will benefit from this added intelligence, strengthening safety governance as operations scale.

“Dubai is building the global model for future-ready mobility. CTRL Limo demonstrates leadership by embedding intelligence and preventive battery safety into its zero-emission strategy from the outset. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to responsible electrification at scale.”

Yuri Domansky, CEO and Co-Founder of CTRL Limousine, said that, “For CTRL, premium mobility means anticipating risk before it materializes. As we expand our electric operations within Dubai’s evolving smart mobility ecosystem, embedding structured battery intelligence enhances operational transparency, strengthens governance, and reinforces the safety standards our clients expect.”

The partnership creates a scalable intelligence framework to support CTRL Limo’s fleet growth as electric mobility adoption expands across the UAE and GCC. With evolving regulations and ESG standards, predictive battery oversight and structured risk documentation will become central to fleet governance.
