Estithmar Holding has launched its fifth business arm, Estithmar Capital, to expand its financial services operations and strengthen governance across the group.
The new group will focus on financial investment management, operating within structured frameworks for compliance, regulation, and risk oversight.

Estithmar Capital is designed to centralize the management of the group’s financial investments, standardize governance practices, and improve oversight across multiple markets.

As part of the launch, Estithmar Holding appointed Fadi Al Faqih as Group Chief Executive Officer of Estithmar Capital.
Moutaz Al Khayyat, Chairman of Estithmar Holding, said that the move aligns with the company’s vision to diversify investment portfolios and identify opportunities across sectors and markets. He emphasized that prudent risk management and portfolio diversification have been central to Estithmar Holding’s growth trajectory, both within Qatar and internationally.
Estithmar Capital signals a new phase in the group’s expansion strategy, reinforcing its position within Qatar’s corporate landscape while strengthening its regional financial ambitions.
