The Global AI Summit (GAIN) has showcased Saudi Arabia’s strategic vision for data and artificial intelligence at MWC Barcelona 2026, one of the advanced technology conferences, as it prepares for its fourth edition in Riyadh from September 15 to 17.
The MWC Barcelona 2026 offered a platform to present GAIN’s initiatives and the Kingdom’s leadership in AI to tens of thousands of international attendees.
Held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), the summit is organized by SDAIA in partnership with HUMAIN.
GAIN’s participation included a dedicated pavilion within the MWC exhibition, highlighting the Kingdom’s forward-looking approach to data and AI.
The pavilion showcased efforts to foster international cooperation, build strategic partnerships, enhance adoption of advanced technologies, and promote responsible global use of AI.
By participating in MWC Barcelona, GAIN reinforced Saudi Arabia’s growing influence in global digital technologies and demonstrated the Kingdom’s capability to host world-class technology events. The conference attracts leading technology companies, policymakers, investors, and experts, serving as a key forum for innovation and collaboration.
