Health Holding pens multiple MoUs to enhance healthcare services

The Health Holding Company and its affiliated health clusters have signed multiple Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) focused on improving the quality of healthcare services in Saudi Arabia.

The agreements were announced as part of the company’s participation in the Global Health Exhibition 2025, where it served as the national healthcare partner.

This collaboration underscores the company’s commitment to advancing the healthcare sector and contributing to the Kingdom’s broader health goals. The exhibition is being hosted at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham.

Fostering Innovation in Saudi Healthcare: Health Holding’s Key Collaborations and MoUs

The signed cooperation memoranda included one between the Health Holding Company and Alinma Bank and another with Lean Business Services Company.

In the area of strengthening healthcare capabilities, the company signed memoranda of understanding with the Saudi National Institute for Health (SNIH) and stc to develop innovative digital solutions that improve the quality of healthcare services.

As part of its ongoing efforts to advance clinical trials, the Health Holding Company signed several Memoranda of Understanding with key industry leaders, including Biogen Saudi Arabia, Roche Diagnostics Saudi Arabia, and Sanofi Saudi Arabia. These partnerships aim to foster innovation in clinical research and enhance the development of cutting-edge healthcare solutions within the Kingdom.

In addition, the Health Holding Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM). The agreement focuses on establishing an accredited program that will allow health clusters and healthcare providers across the Kingdom to achieve international accreditation for their clinical care pathways, further elevating the quality and standards of healthcare in Saudi Arabia.
