Unveiled by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) at TOURISE 2025, this unique development further solidifies Jazan’s position as a prominent emerging Red Sea tourist destination, highlighting its growing appeal to international travelers and investors alike.

The launch of Jaydana waterfront project embodies RCJY’s vision of supporting economic diversification and improving quality of life by creating an innovative destination that showcases the Kingdom’s southern coast assets.

RCJY has described the Jaydana waterfront project as a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing tourism and integrating industrial and tourism development within its cities.

Spanning over three square kilometers on the Jazan City waterfront, the Jaydana waterfront project is expected to attract investments exceeding $2.9 billion in its initial phases, demonstrating increasing confidence in Jazan as a leading investment and tourism destination that actively supports the national economy and aligns with Vision 2030 goals. The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) has invited investors and real estate developers to explore the wide range of available investment opportunities.

The new Jaydana waterfront project will offer a comprehensive package of tourism and recreational facilities, including resorts, luxury hotels, a marina, seaside restaurants and cafes, a promenade, open event spaces, a water sports center, and a conference and exhibition center.

The designs seamlessly blend modern architecture with the southern identity and local heritage, crafting a vibrant destination for relaxation, entertainment, culture, and sports.
