The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has officially opened a state-of-the-art facility for RH Aero Systems.
The facility will serve as the company’s regional hub for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Engine/Airframe Tooling services across the Middle East, Africa, and India.
Advanced facility designed for regional growth
Spanning approximately 2,800 square meters, the RH Aero Service Centre is divided into four adjacent bays of 700 square meters each, designed to accommodate future capability expansion.
The center offers a comprehensive range of services, including inspection, testing, calibration, recertification, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of tooling and GSE.
Additional capabilities include proof-load testing, modification and upgrade programs, on-site technical support, and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) assistance, enabling rapid, OEM-licensed tooling support for airlines, MROs, and OEM partners.
Strengthening Dubai’s aerospace ecosystem
The inauguration ceremony was attended by senior leadership from both organizations, including Tahnoon Saif, Chief Executive Officer of MBRAH, and Martin Dürr, Executive Vice President, EMEAI Region, RH Aero.
Tahnoon Saif Chief Executive Officer MBRAH
“The inauguration of RH Aero’s new service center marks another milestone in our mission to strengthen Dubai’s position as a global hub for aviation excellence. The expansion of internationally recognized players such as RH Aero reflects the confidence that leading aviation partners place in MBRAH’s integrated ecosystem and contributes to our mandate of empowering the aerospace industry.”
Martin Dürr added that, “This facility will allow us to deliver faster turnaround times, OEM-aligned tooling and GSE service solutions, and enhanced service proximity to our partners.”
The new service center strengthens RH Aero’s regional presence, enabling the company to provide end-to-end tooling and GSE services with faster response times and closer alignment to OEM standards.
By combining advanced technical capabilities with local support, the facility enhances operational efficiency for airlines and MRO operators, while reinforcing Dubai South and MBRAH as pivotal nodes in the global aerospace industry.
