MYATA Platinum, a restaurant and hookah lounge in Dubai’s City Walk, has achieved a Guinness World Record for the Largest 3D-printed Structure (by volume).

The grand opening is set on April 4, 2025. The venue’s innovative interior design, created by architects from DA Bureau and measuring 13.75 m³ (485 ft³ and 996 in³), earned this prestigious title through the collaborative efforts of Proto21 3D Printing LLC and MYATA Platinum, utilizing 158 FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) machines.

The space features 23 distinctive amorphous 3D-printed structures, including the record-holding piece, seamlessly integrating into its interior and exterior façades, VIP rooms, caves, counters, and planters. The largest printed structure spans approximately 100 sqm and includes an integrated entrance area, cave, and wall façades.

Its staircase façade reaches 8.6m in height, while the entire structure extends 15.73m in length and 6.78m in width. Crafted from plastic and finished with textured sand paint, the elements produce a natural, rock-like appearance that harmonizes cutting-edge technology with organic aesthetics.

Proto21’s CEO, Pir Arkam, said that, “This project is not only a milestone in Proto21’s growth, but also a historical milestone in the evolution of 3D printing technology.”

Inspired by sand canyons, the interior creates a serene sanctuary that offers luxury dining, a shisha lounge, and various entertainment options. The venue’s Zero Waste and Closed Loop approach reflects its commitment to sustainability.

An advanced hydroponic system between floors cultivates six varieties of mint and herbs for the restaurant’s use. The in-house laboratory, equipped with a Rotary Evaporator, produces premium distillates, hydrolats, and oils for the venue.

MYATA Platinum’s menu features Mexican-Californian traditions merged to create unique yet comforting flavor combinations, beautifully presented in generous portions. All are crafted under the expert guidance of the renowned Marco Ferreira.

Signature dishes include burrata drizzled with truffle sauce tacos garnished with stracciatella, fresh tomatoes, and parmesan-crusted corn. A standout entrée is the premium Wagyu tenderloin, served with silky potato purée and sautéed spinach. The bar features innovative cocktails with herbs freshly harvested from the venue’s hydroponic farm.

Ilyas Valiullin, MYATA’s founder, stated that, “We created MYATA Platinum as a space where guests don’t just dine, they engage, relax, and celebrate life. It’s an intersection of design, technology, and hospitality, offering a fully customized experience for everyone. We’re super excited to get the Guinness World Record for the lounge bar with the world’s largest 3D-printed structure, which perfectly embodies our commitment to innovation.”

The venue is a complete entertainment destination, featuring resident DJ performances and an interactive gaming area. MYATA Platinum welcomes guests from Sunday to Wednesday (12 PM to 2 AM) and Thursday to Sunday (12 PM to 4 AM) in Dubai’s vibrant City Walk district. With its record-breaking design, exquisite cuisine, and commitment to sustainability and innovation, MYATA Platinum is set to become a must-visit destination for locals.
