New Murabba, a company under the Public Investment Fund in Saudi Arabia, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Tatweer Buildings Company (TBC), which is a subsidiary of Tatweer Education Holding Company.

The agreement was announced on the sidelines of the Education and Training Investment Forum, which is currently being held in Riyadh. The MoU sets an exploratory collaboration between the two parties to strengthen educational infrastructure and support community development across the downtown.

As per the MoU, New Murabba and TBC will work together to share expertise, establish strategic partnerships, and co-develop programs that enhance the design, development, and operation of educational and community-focused projects.

The MoU also emphasizes the importance of bringing global best practices into the planning, design, and operation of educational spaces, ensuring they are both innovative and conducive to effective learning.

New Murabba and TBC are further committed to promoting sustainability by actively exploring and implementing eco-friendly solutions in the development of future facilities and educational projects, with a focus on minimizing environmental impact and fostering long-term resource efficiency.

Under the agreement, the two parties will also actively explore a wide range of opportunities for conducting comprehensive economic feasibility studies, support and facilitate innovative public-private partnerships, and work together to drive long-term, high-impact investments in the education sector.
