Saudi Arabia and Kuwait have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to bolster their cooperation in the fields of civil-service affairs and administrative development.
Saudi Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmed Al-Rajhi and Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Shereeda Abdullah Al-Mousherji signed the agreement on the sidelines of the meeting of the ministers and heads of civil-service agencies in the GCC countries.
The MoU aims to enhance collaboration in areas such as administrative development and training, competency management systems, codes of conduct, workforce planning and succession, and leadership development.
The initiative reflects the ongoing efforts of the ministry to strengthen ties with counterpart ministries worldwide and expand bilateral technical cooperation, fostering shared goals and sustainable development.

According to the reports, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait present a model for Gulf cooperation rooted in mutual respect, strategic alignment, and shared cultural values.
The ongoing expansion of civil affairs collaboration, guided by the Saudi-Kuwaiti Coordination Council, signals a forward-looking approach to diplomacy, one that prioritizes people-centric development, social cohesion, and regional resilience.
