Saudi German Health has forged a strategic alliance with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) University of Medicine and Health Sciences, a leading institution in healthcare education and executive leadership development.

Aligned with Saudi German Health’s philosophy of “Caring Like Family,” this partnership highlights both parties’ mutual commitment to developing compassionate, future-ready leaders who can thrive in the evolving healthcare landscape.

The collaboration aims to empower both executive and middle management teams across the Saudi German Health network through a comprehensive executive leadership development program.
