The Saudi National Institute of Health (Saudi NIH) has launched the Relink Network, the Kingdom’s first social network dedicated to health researchers.

This initiative aims to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation in health research, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives.

Relink Network will allow researchers to create professional portfolios, access research opportunities, foster partnerships with supporters, and promote local and international collaboration, particularly for translational research and clinical trials.

According to the statement, the establishment of the Relink Network is part of a broader effort by the SNIH to support translational research and clinical trials in Saudi Arabia. This initiative is expected to contribute to the development of locally manufactured health products, reduce healthcare costs, and attract international investment in the Kingdom’s health sector.

The Relink Network underscores Saudi Arabia’s commitment to transforming its health sector through research, development, and innovation, positioning the Kingdom as a leader in global healthcare.

Saudi NIH CEO Fars Alanazi emphasized that the network is a key part of the institute’s initiatives to enhance the Kingdom’s health research ecosystem. This network will cultivate a scientific environment that promotes knowledge exchange and supports researchers across various disciplines and professional levels.

Alanazi highlighted that the network marks a significant step in building a dynamic research community, accelerating research and innovation, and unifying the institute’s efforts for a tangible improvement in human health.

According to the statement, the institute urged all research organizations, academic institutions, and healthcare professionals to engage with the network and register through their official website.
