The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) has launched the Digital Enablement Program, a new initiative designed to support enterprises in boosting their operational efficiency and productivity through the adoption of advanced digital tools and solutions.
This program aligns with Tamkeen’s strategic priorities for 2025, which aim to strengthen the position and competitiveness of Bahrainis in the private sector.
It focuses on equipping individuals with the necessary skills for career advancement, fostering enterprise growth, promoting digitization and sustainability, and enhancing the overall ecosystem that supports the labor market and private sector development.

Digital Enablement Program offers tailored digital tools
The program offers two main tracks to cater to the varying needs of businesses. The first track provides enterprises with access to a range of pre-approved digital solutions offered by Tamkeen’s partnered service providers. These solutions are tailored to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and address specific business challenges across different sectors.
The second track gives enterprises the flexibility to select their own service providers, enabling them to implement customized digital tools that align closely with their unique operational requirements and strategic goals. This dual-track approach ensures that businesses of all sizes can benefit from digital transformation in a way that best supports their growth and efficiency.
